El pasado 15 de Julio de 2020 Tecplot Inc. liberó la Versión 2020 R1 al mercado, motivo por el cual lo invitamos a actualizar sus licencias individuales a la última versión en el mercado.
Tecplot 360 2020 R1 ahora está basado en el Qt 5 GUI toolkit que proporciona un mejor soporte a MacOS.
Las mejoras principales incluyen:
- Evenly Spaced Vectors
- Streamtraces on No-Slip Surfaces
- Faster Batch Mode Image Export
- Extract Blanked Zone

Tecplot 360 2020 R1 release is supported on the following platforms:
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, 18.04 LTS, 20.04 LTS
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop (SLED) 15
- Windows 10
- RedHat 6.10, 7.5+, 8.0+
- CentOS 6.10, 7.5+
- Mac 10.13, 10.14, 10.15
This will be the last release for which PyTecplot is supported on Python 2. Please migrate Python scripts to Python 3.6 or newer.
Qt 5 GUI toolkit requiere tarjetas gráficas que soporten FBOs (Fram Buffer Objects). La mayoría de las tarjetas gráficas soportan FBOs. Sin embargo, algunas máquinas viejas y configuraciones pueden no soportar FBOs.
